We are manufacturers of wooden components for the furniture, packaging and pallet industries.

ECOS LARGOS, based in the municipality of Ovar, was founded in 2011 with the main activity of sawing wood and the production of wooden components.

The pine wood used is intended for the manufacture of components for the construction of pallets, wooden packaging and furniture.

Ecos Largos, based on the experience of its founding partners in the wood processing industry, defined as a priority to became a green company with a strong environmental concern.

It develops its activity in large facilities, with a total area of more than 23,000 m2 of which 5,500 m2 are indoors. It has production lines of high technology, photovoltaic system and ovens duly certified to carry out phytosanitary treatment in accordance with the NIMF-15 standard.

ECOS LARGOS has the ability to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.

It is a certified company in the FSC® and PEFC responsibilities chain, assuming the commitment that the certified wood acquired comes from forests of controlled origin and managed in a sustainable way.

The investment in innovation and in processes with strong technological incorporation, carried out over the years, transformed ECOS LARGOS into an efficient and sustainable company.

From the reuse of 100% of the raw material through the commercialization of by-products such as sawdust, bark and splinters, which, after being integrated into new industrial processes are transformed into new products, to the installation of a photovoltaic system that generates electricity for self-consumption, contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint.

It has a strong presence along the value chain, built on a network of rigorously selected suppliers of raw materials and a very diverse range of professional customers.
